1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the operation and use of Social Pulse, a proprietary desktop software application developed by NoCodingGuru ("we", "us", or "our").

Social Pulse is deployed as an in-house administrative engagement tool for managing interactions with our social media community and responding to user-initiated requests for product downloads and updates.

2. Nature of Service & Automated Interaction

Social Pulse operates by interfacing with the Meta Graph API. The tool provides:

Requested Information Delivery: Automated direct messages (Private Replies) containing official links (e.g., Google Play Store, iOS/Web app links) dispatched in direct response to user comments.
Public Confirmation: Single, non-repetitive public comment responses acknowledging that the message has been sent.
Spam Prevention: Built-in rate limit adherence, human-like jitter, and keyword filtering to maintain a high-quality community environment.

Users who do not wish to receive automated resource links may refrain from posting trigger comments or request data exclusion as outlined in our privacy policy.

3. Meta Platform & Policy Adherence

Social Pulse strictly adheres to the Meta Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and Instagram Community Guidelines:

The application only engages with users who have taken an explicit public action (e.g., commenting on an official business post or Reel).
No automated direct messages are initiated without an explicit triggering comment.
All private replies strictly respect Meta's 7-day expiration boundary.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All software code, user interface designs, algorithms, workflows, and brand assets associated with Social Pulse are the exclusive intellectual property of NoCodingGuru. The software is intended exclusively for authorized internal operational deployment.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Social Pulse is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis for internal business operations. While we endeavor to ensure 100% uptime and error-free API communication, NoCodingGuru shall not be held liable for third-party platform downtime, API deprecations, or network failures originating outside our control.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms as necessary to remain aligned with evolving Meta Platform Policies or regulatory standards. Updated versions will be published directly to this page with an updated timestamp.
